As an educator, both in my classes and watching you do work for other teachers, I notice a difference in the level of enthusiasm, performance, and motivation to do assignments you are given. What makes the difference? What motivates you to do assignments? What motivates you to enjoy assignments?  Explain.  Is your motivation mainly intrinsic or extrinsic?  You must comment and reply to two comments with meaningful, thoughtful question, dissent, or feedback.
